Meet Our Executive Director

Niyetroshia Thomas first became a caregiver in  2014, she already knew she had the heart for helping people. She worked  with the senior population in the Augusta / South  Carolina area. She graduated from Augusta Technical College in December 2018, receiving a diploma in practical nursing and in 2020 she received a degree in Business Administration in Healthcare from UMA.

Experiencing being in many different homes, around so many families Niyetroshia quickly realized how difficult caring for a loved one 24 hours a day could be and also how expensive outside help was.  She became highly aware of  the need for a caring, compassionate group with affordable rates.  

Diving into her dream, Niyetroshia strives to bring the best in home care, at the most affordable rates to families that desire the care, relief and the support. Niyetroshia's mission is to let every family know they are not alone on this journey.
